We are bringing together psychology, mindfulness and contemplative practice to offer an 8-week therapy group that will aim to help participants develop self-compassion. This group is for anyone who struggles with being too hard on themselves, or who would like to cultivate more self-kindness.

Mondays 6:30-8:00 pm Beginning Nov. 5th
